- Names and the dates of birth of participating travelers

- Passport number of the main contact person

- Address, phone/fax number and email address of the main contact person

- Kind of trip, special wishes, preferences, level of luxury, etc.

- Arrival date and departure date

- Possible additions (satellite phone, GPS navigation, extra driver, etc)

- Possible excursions (scenic flights, etc)
